Why is downloading torrent so much slower than it is on my android and pc? I side loaded a torrent and the torrent does load so theoretically there should be no reason for it not to be slower than my pc. Is it because it's not a native BBM app or is it because of hardware?
Anyone adept on these things care to explain?

Piracy is bad. Why would you want to download a torrent on your beautiful phone?
You do realize that torrents depend on peers sharing, right? If the torrent is dead that would explain why it's slow. Don't blame the phone.

I downloaded the same torrent on multiple devices at the same time. Slower to load and slower over all speed. All connected to wifi. I guess it ain't optimized? Bummer BlackBerry pulled out torrent apps from BlackBerry world.

Not all torrents are copyright materials. It is a legitimate way of downloading large files like iso files.

I use frostwire and sometimes I can get 3 downloads at 150kbps.
