    BlackBerry World is where you get apps.. maybe your OS version is too old to run Whatsapp. Why are you still running 10.0?

    Wow, how come you are still running the release OS? Whatsapp requires OS 10.0.10.82 as a minimum to run, it says so in the description

    Please tell us what country you from and carrier you use.. sometimes some carriers not yet releasing the new OS

    the easy way, is go to setting, and software updates, and press the button

    Swipe down from the top, go to setting>software updates>check for updates. There's no way your carrier is still on 10.0.
