I was downloading whatsapp and the download bar stopped at the end and it wouldn't say installing for a while.
I closed the Blackberry World and waited.
Whatsapp was not installed and now the button to Download is gone from all Apps. It is not shaded it just does NOT show up at all.
I restarted many times and not fixed.
HELP?

Update: only paid apps have the cost button but for all free apps no button is shown.

I don't have Z10, but I would go into Application Management, whatever its called on the BB10, look for Whatsapp delete the app, I'm not sure about bb10 you might have to refresh app world or reboot your phone.. Go back to app world and re-download load whatsapp..

If a Z10 user has with proper knowledge and care to chime in please do.

That doesn't exist in bb10.
Whatsapp is not installed or at least its icon in not showing.

I already rebooted a few times and still the same.

in Blackberry world, swipe down from top and choose downloads. It may still be downloading.

thanks for the advice LadyOfTheLAN but before I try that the button came back after browsing for a few minutes.

By the way I went to Whatsapp application in BB world and I got the option to download it so I guess it wasn't still downloading.
