If they continue to make devices, I think it's fair to assume that a new phone with the same footprint as the Z10 would be released, probably around the new year in 2015; this would be part of the normal upgrade process.

I sprained my elbow and was texting one handed comfortably on my Z10. Unsure if that would have been possible with a larger phone since I have small hands. Five years from now who knows, but at the present the smaller Q10 and Z10s fill this niche quite nicely.
