OzFork, yep Telstra has unlimited data on BIS (except when data doesn't go through BIS, like YouTube). My prepaid is $40 a month.

Their plans make you pay $10 a month for BIS up to a certain level, then it's included in the plan.

I'm still confused as to whether or not z10 *is able to use* BIS or not. Some say it does, others say it doesn't.

I am on Telstra, and BIS is definitely not unlimited with a Z10. I really used to enjoy it on my 9900 and even my PlayBook was unlimited via bridge, but this is no longer the case. I have since cancelled my BIS plan, but I was sad to see this go. I also did my tests with 4G disabled, so that isn't a factor either.

Keep in mind that things still work with BIS, you don't have to disable it, but all data usage comes out of your data plan, where it didn't on my 9900.
