Does anyone know if crackutil works on a Z10? I am trying to remove an IT policy that is blocking BBM voice. Or is there any other way to reset to factory? It is disabled on the device as well as by connecting to any official Blackberry desktop software.

I don't think so.
I believe the CrackUtility is Java Based and won't work on the QNX system.
I also believe the only Java based script present is the Android Player.
I'm sure someone else with a lot more experience can correct me if I am wrong.

I agree. None of the old BBOS tools like CrackUtility and BBSAK will work on BB10 phones. It's a whole new, totally different system.

what can I use to access the bb10 phones? I have a passport stuck in FINALIZING DEVICE SETUP and want to get the photos off the phone before I reinstall the OS
