Hello everyone,

I'm very happy with my new Z10 however some minor functions seem missing, unless I'm not looking in the right places!

1. I'm unable to group all my calls by name...so say I call HOME 10 times, I have 10 lines of this which is quite frustrating when calling other people on your recent lists or trying to check something from below? Anyone know how to fix this?

2. When I delete an email from my Bold in the past it used to ask me if the email also needed to be deleted from my inbox i.e. permanently delete the email. However with the Z10 when I delete an unwanted message I still see it unread when I open my inbox on my desktop or laptop. Any one resolved this?

3. Have had issues with contacts. Even though all appear on my contacts, when I get some calls, it just displays the number. When I get a text from the same person I see a name to the contact?

4. I am unable to choose he viewing format for BBM etc, is there no personalisation options to social networking or IM chat applets?

Any suggestions or help will be greatly appreciated as I'm waiting to fix these.

Nope, it's frustrating. I'll tell you if this OS update fixes this after I install it myself.

Actually, the issue is almost the opposite. Previously the option was to delete from handheld or delete from handheld + server. Now it only does the latter, deleting from your Z10 and off your email server. If your PC & Outlook (or whatever your email email service) is open, the email will have already been received there too and will stay there too. If your PC was off and you delete the email from your BB, you'll never see it on your PC as it's deleted off the server before your PC could ever grab it.
Enough people are complaining about this, that we should see BB fix this very soon.

That's odd. I haven't seen this issue, so I can't comment. I'll think about it...

I'm not sure I understand you completely here. Are you referring to the old BBM themes, i.e. Bubbles, Stripes, etc? If so, they're not there. However supposedly the BBM bubbles are tweaked a bit in this new OS version.

I have the same problem when receiving a call. No name is displayed even if the number is in the contact list.

Got it! Issue with incoming calls is solved!
Had the same problem, read another post and tweaked the smart dialing country code according to my country from the list and national length to 9-don't know if this last part had any impact - and it worked. Names from contact list are appearing when they call me. Amazing what little research can do!

Did anyone ever figure out this one? I recently got the z10 and this is the one minor feature that is bugging the life out of me.
