Does anyone have wallet style flip case for Z10 with earpiece opening?

Just bought one for the wife, did not realize it didn't have the earpiece opening and now it looks very weird trying to talk on the phone with the flap cover folded to the back, it's OK but still a bit weird.

Now there are some cheaper ones like these:

That have earpiece opening, I was wondering if anyone has one like this and can talk on the phone with flap covered.

Thanks for the links, but my question (in 2nd part of my message above) is if anyone owns one of these (like the ones VR6 posted) and if they work OK when you try to talk with the flap covered. Earpiece seems to be OK but mic is definitely covered.

Oops read it too fast, drill a hole for the mic?! Hehehe

I am planning to heat up a needle to a point where it can burn through without making too bad of a hole. :)
