    There was this issue where the audio would start lagging in the video player and only happened with videos that had AC3 audio at 448 kbps bitrate, so did the update fix it?

    No...it doesn't play videos with AC3 audio support anymore....at least on the leaked version....just says unsupported format.

    Thanks for the reply but actually AC3 is supported in the OTA version so.... anyone else?

    It doesn't fix it. So annoying.... HDMI out was half of the reason I bought this phone.

    It lags my Nexus too. Not happy. I play the FLAC uncompressed since I usually rip from CDs. I'm tempted to get a faster SD card to see if the slow transfer rate is the problem.
    I'm guessing it's lagging because of the size of the file.
