I got the Z10 and love it. But some days when I'm getting bombarded with SMS, emails and BBM's I just wish I had the Q10 to get that accuracy down 100%

Haven't tried typing on the Q10, but I'm faster on my Z10 than I was on my 9650. And too be honest I do a lot more browsing now and I don't want to give up the screen real estate.

I did and even bought a Q10 off EBay. I had a Bold 9900 prior to my Z10. When I held the Q10 in my hands, I was expecting the same feel as my 9900. The Q did not feel as beefy and when I placed the amoled screen next to my Z's, I preferred the Z's especially in the sunlight. So, the Q was listed back on EBAY and I am loving my Z even more.

    Curve 8320, Bold 9780, Bold 9900, PB 64gb, Z10

I started with the Q and recently switched to a z10. I like the bigger screen and I'm much faster on the Virtual keyboard.

It honestly feels more rugged too.

Never have regretted getting the Z10 except when the first leak of 10.2.1.1055 were released for the Q10, but not my model of Z.

No. I've never been very good with any Blackberry keyboard and I like the bigger screen on the Z10. I usually use voice recognition for texts and emails so I don't do a lot of typing.

Yea, looking on ebay now for a Q. Love my Z but really miss the keyboard, even though the keyboard on the Z is awesome.

I agree 1000 percent with the OP.

The number of emails I get for work forced me to purchase a Q10 off of someone on this site. Should be arriving soon.

All of this means you'll be suing my Z10 for sale soon.

I have used 8520 and 9810 previously. Both were great devices of their times and I loved the physical keyboard of them. On 9810 I liked the virtual keyboard too. It was bit small but used to get the work done. On Z, it's just amazing to type with all word suggestions and flicking. It's a perfect keyboard when I'm using with one hand or both. The size of Z is just perfect for use and love the big screen. I will never compromise screen real estate for physical keyboard.

I would love to see BB 10 slider with +4" screen though.

somedays, especially during the first couple months of owning the Z.

But what I miss as much as the accuracy (maybe more) … is the trackpad. That is what costs me the most time. So I wait to see what other devices they launch.

    Nope, I love my Z10.
I tried out the Q, but I'm more accurate and having the words appear over the letters and flicking them into place is amazing..
    No regrets!

Did at first but not now. It's a close call between keyboard and bigger screen, I originally moved to blackberry for the keyboard from Samsung devices but the the virtual keyboard is very smooth the more you use it and because of all the other things I use my phone for these days the benefits of the larger screen out weigh the benefits of a keyboard.

As much as I want the keyboard, I needed the screen size more. I've gotten to the point where I can just type blandly and the auto correct will fix the rest with around 96% accuracy.

*Blindly. Whole sentence was done without looking my my Z keyboard.

Yes. Absolutely. And now with 10.2.1 all the more (one of my biggest concerns with the Q10 was the apps). All though I think some of my biggest gripes will still likely be there because of the lack of track pad. Now what I really wish I had is a 9900 with updated hardware and BB10

You see the thing is I don't need to use my phone to browse the web. In fact I hate having to do it on the Z10 (and even on my mom's iPad). I like the feel of the kb and mouse and my 24" monitor! There are times I prefer the smaller device (like when I'm on my couch bumming for example). And sometimes I won't mind it either way but mainly I prefer using the PC it's just faster and more efficient for me.

What else do I need the screen real estate for? Some video games or whatever maybe a camera app. I don't have cameras and I don't play games on my phone. I really enjoyed the feel of the 9900.

If it wouldn't massively change app availability I would love to DD a Q. I just really like having the options especially with the development of the Android runtime we have seen.

You must be a awefull "texter".... the 9650 isn't the best, but I can type on my 9900 wihtout even looking at it with my hands under a table...

For texting, for sure QWERTY is way better. if you're looking at the phone, probably is the same speed, but QWERTY just needs way less focus, and is more confortable to text, because you don't have to lift your fingers, you just slide them across the keyboard, cant do that with touch...

Especialy if you're in a car in a bouncy road, or drunk, QWERTY does have advantage....

Loved my bold 9000 then 9900. Hated the small screen. Love this screen and phone. Would not move to q10 due to screen size. Maybe if a slider comes out I would consider it
