I was wondering how many of us having this option on under System settings ~ Security and privacy ~ Diagnostics. I initially turned it off but I just switched it on. I'm thinking that by having as many users as possible sending diagnostics information - hopefully BlackBerry can get to the bottom of some of the issues people complaining about. This is a great piece of technology in its early days and I'm sure that BlackBerry will optimize it, hopefully sooner rather than later.

Was wondering if I should turn it on. I'm concerned about battery use and and how often it sends data for cap reasons.

Because by default its on, and I'd say about 90% people want to leave it on or don't even know how to turn it off...

I thought that in the initial setup (after the first time you install the battery) there is a question if you want it on or off, but I might be wrong...

Off by default, right next to data location. I have done two full reloads and one security wipe. I know it all too well. :/

I have it on. Doesn't hurt to have it on. More problems sent to BBRY, the faster they get fixed.

Sorry I'm not having an issue with the battery so I wouldn't know if it kills mine or not.

Battery is no better or worse on the Z10 than anything out there already. Think we have it bad check out the thousands of bolgs out there critical of Apples battery life or Samsung or any other phone.
