    If you have any large video files saved in ur z10. It'll brick the living zombie out of the z10. Had to re upload through bb link. Took a few hrs but fixed! Just an fyi!

    My guess is this is caused by the data being overwritten as part of the security wipe, so the more data you store on internal storage the longer the process will take to complete.

    I never store large video files in the main memory to begin with. That is simply a waste of space. This is what we have SD cards for.
