    My blackberry Z10 has been wiping for 3 straight days and wanted to use an auto-loader to reset it, must i pull out my battery or what do i do before starting the auto loader.....

    Run the autoloader, then try rebooting your device by holding down the power button. Hopefully the autoloader will catch it when it reboots. You may have to try it a few times.
