Here is my progression - started with Android

    G1 > myTouch 3G > Motorola Charm (don't ask) > myTouch 4G > Galaxy S > JUMP TO WINDOWS PHONE...

    ... HTC Radar > HTC 8x > Lumia 521 > Lumia 810 (bought on clearance) > JUMP TO BLACKBERRY...

    ... Z10

I have to say I really dig the Z10. It's a bit "android like" however the Hub is really what is selling it for me - along with the keyboard.

    Am I a crazy person??

In text mode, hold down the period to enable "voice to text" . Works awesome.
To erase a word, just swipe back, two words two fingers, but one is all I use.

There's always active frames to replace your live tiles. And you must know the basic gestures:
Unlocking phone is a upswipe from bezel, two finger swipe up for keyboard and vise versa and the upside down L swipe for perking into hub. Settings are a downs wipe from top. For built for native apps, hold the screen for half a second and swipe to the right instead of using the back button.
But always cool to see another BlackBerry user.

When you swipe up in an app the app gets minimized but still runs. It becomes an Active Frame. They appear before the first page of apps if any are running.

beachhoppr, use this as some advice about the keyboard:

    (i) when you have to use one thumb to type, use the flick words .. in general you can get pretty quick with doing this... not too much typing rhythm and a lot of looking but you can get out a considerable amount of words using one thumb.

(ii) when typing with two thumbs just hammer out the words and let the autocorrect take over.. it works extremely well. I'm not a learned typer and a bit of a hack.. but I can typre pretty quick using this method.

Use the link below to get use to your z10 capabilities:

There IS more than four bro. Just scroll up. If you have more than four open at a time they will appear when you scroll. Not sure of the max number. And the keyboard thing gets way easier. That's a promise

You can open as many as you want but only the last 8 will show (you can scroll up to a second page)

Yup, the "9th" will force your oldest app to close though, so you really only have 8 - sorted by most recent activity.

Sweet! Just found the other active frames. So cool. Still struggling with selecting words and parts of words I make typing is takes on.

    Comparisons so far:
    Keyboard goes to BB
Hub goes to BB! Love this
    Camera speed goes to BB
    Battery life still under test
    Screen tied
Intuitiveness gotta give it to WP out of the box
Apps WP wins at the moment
Live tiles vs Active frames...gotta go with live tiles
Style...ooh I dig the utilitarian BlackBerry form factor
Navigation goes to WP...only 2 screens to deal with
    Speed...phew...BlackBerry by a hair

    More to come!
