Yes indeed, having had 2 previous Blackberrys and gotten used to them being the best e-mail device you can buy, neither of which had this problem, you can imagine my dissapointment in the Z10. I have tried all sorts of things to get this working to no avail, I even spent an hour with an O2 Guru to try and fix the problem in addition to the 5 different handsets I have had and 2 OS updates.
Its all a bit unbelievable considering the Galaxy S3 mini I bought had no such problem straight out of the box, although the interface is appalling on it, it does what its supposed to do. (I would just say I much prefer the Z10 in almost every way and just wish it would work properly for my e-mail and Bluetooth)
I suppose I just need to hang on until an update cures the Bluetooth problem and they decide to add an Auto BCC facility.
I'm also on O2 but have not had the issues that you have described. I'm on 10.2 and use it with my car every day with no problems. Blue tooth toggles on and off easily and I'm sure you have already done this but look at the pic below. Have you made sure that show sent messages is on?

Thanks but yes I have checked that show sent messages is on, it's a bit strange that when I BCC myself on the message the 'ticked' sent message remains on the phone?
One thing I will also check is whether I have the show filed messages toggled to off?
Of course this could be a problem with Virgin mail but why would they be different to anyone else?
The Bluetooth issue is a real killer though, this has only been a problem since the 10.2 upgrade and dissapeared when I reverted the phone back to 10.1.
Not sure why you would have no record of sent emails. Mine always has a copy of the sent email in the Hub/mailbox. This is a feature nearly every Bb has had.
I'm new to imap. I kind of freaked when email I wrote from my PC showed up on the z10. That is, not mail sent to me, but the mail I wrote to someone else, just like you indicated.
Thanks, I have just checked and it is the same as your screen shot, with sent folder ticked but greyed out.

Well, I'm sorry mate, I'm out of ideas. The only other thing I'd check is your settings server side on your email account. Maybe something is off there.
Let your z10 settle in for a day or 2 op. Once the phone settles down and learns the way you type on your phone, z10 will slowly grow on you and you will start to love the phone.
