Is there a way to disable email read receipts. I have already disabled it on outlook but that doesn't prevent the phone from sending one.

Unfortunately I can't seem to find any settings relating to read receipts on my e-mail accounts. This may be a feature set only by the e-mail provider. confirm read receipts have been disabled.

Is this a personal outlook account or enterprise?

It is outlook run through my law firm's network. I am the only one sticking with BlackBerry so I don't have much help from the IT folks.

I wonder if it's a setting that bakes in when you add your account to the device? Can you try deleting your account off your device and re adding it (obviously, ensuring read receipts are disabled beforehand)

As it's a law firm, you should be weary that this may be company policy to have read receipts enabled.
