i have a big doubt about one-thing in 10.3 update for my Z10 . can any1 conform it plz ???

Most of the person don't know about direct 3g video calling from phone dialer over sim/mobile network..
    Remember:
1] i am not talking about BBM video call
2] i am not talking about video call using any software or internet like skype etc..
3] this is not a special function of Samsung.. any compnay can provide it.

i am talikng about direct 3g video calling over mobile 3g network as we do for 2g voice calls..i have seen this option in all 3g Samsung mobiles but not in other brand...(very few like lava n micromax). [Check Image below]

Can any1 conform that this option will be added to Z10 after 10.3 update??
any1 who is running leaked os ?? its very important for me frds.....

That on Samsung devices, as I understand, corresponds to Samsung's own chat service, which works the same as BBM video.
Of course I might be wrong

This sounds similar to the confusion iMessages creates on iOS. Blend SMS and iMessage together so that users are no longer aware of what is really happening under the hood (that some would-be SMS are being sent through the Internet as a normal IM client).

I'm pretty sure the 3G video call button simply invokes a pre-installed Samsung app. Try "direct video calling" another non-Samsung android device. If it doesn't work, it's because it requires a specific app, in which case it's pretty much BBM video using phone numbers as the contact "pin".

this is not a special function of Samsung. lava & micromax also provide it but i want to know why other companies are not thinking about it?? its a fantastic function. i don't have internet reliability all the time anywhere in India so this is the only option for video calling.

Blackberry never had this feature build on any of its 3g enabled handsets nor they have any intention to do it.
