Hi Guys,
I bought a second Z10 today and the SIM and memory card loading assembly is different on both the devices. Why is that?
They are both 'made in mexico 6'.

Of course, regional differences. That's why there was so many 'codenames' for the Z10 devices. London, Lisbon, Laguna etc. Fire them both up and I'm sure one will be a different a STL100-x version. I just forget how they laid them out now it's been so long since I actually had to refer to it.
Left one is 100-1 and the right one 100-2 or 3. The differences are well explained inside these forums, just look it up.

Hi Bla1ze
Thanks, you're right the one on the left is STL100-1 the on the right is STL100-2. So there is a processor and graphics difference between the two. I didn;t know.

I never realized that there were PHYSICAL differences as the OP points out. I just thought it was some of the innards (not user accessible or visible).
