I am on a Verizon Z10 running 10.0.9.422. When I go into the phone app there is a delay before I can select a number to call. Along the bottom, it briefly shows active, calls, contacts and dial pad. After about a second or so the active call tab goes away and then I am able to select a number to call. Is anyone else seeing this and is that the way it is supposed to behave? Thanks in advance.

Try a restart then run the phone app. Leave running in the background. Use it again later and observe

Do you have a lot of calls in the recent call and missed calls lists?
Swipe from the top and clear the call list. Your phone app will be quicker immediately.

Hopefully they are tuning it up for the next update. Not a big issue though.

No not a lot there, will clear it and see if that helps.

And yes if you leave the tile active it works perfectly.

No biggie, just can be a little annoying sometimes :-)
