    Received the white Z10 half hour ago. ETA was 12/19. FedEx tracking showed delivered to USPS this morning 5 am and delivered by USPS same day.

    Ok. Spoke with fedex. They said there was weather advisory in the midwest causing delays. My feeling is the packages will get delivered to usps overnight and usps will deliver tomorrow. Hope i'm right.

    Must very bad weather. Shoot. Called USPS About it and they were as clueless as I'm. They said someone will call me but that never happened. I'm totally in the dark.

    Yup mine was changed from 12/19 to N/A.
    Called FedEx. FedEx was clueless.
    Called USPS. USPS was also clueless.
    Total darkness.
    Lost all confidence in Shop BlackBerry dot com.

    I have yet to get an email regarding shipping information for my Z10...I also haven't received an email from ShopBlackBerry in response to the one I wrote inquiring about my order status. I did call "Customer Service" this morning as I posted in another thread on this issue, and all they would tell me is that the Z10 would be shipped "soon." I read in another thread that someone had their money returned and order cancelled...I called my credit card company and the charges are "pending" as ShopBlackBerry has not presented a receipt of purchase yet. If that is the case, then they most definitely have not processed the order for shipment, which more than likely means they don't actually have devices on hand is what I'm thinking. They more than likely did an offer for purchase and based on orders submitted are now having actual devices shipped in to complete the purchases over the weekend. Whether this is the case or not, ShopBlackBerry is jerking us around by not providing timely information as to when they will follow through on their end and complete the order and ship the devices...total BS in my opinion.

    I just received this update to my FedEx ticket:

    I'm sorry no one has call you back. I requested a call back on Wednesday, December 18th. It typically takes 2-3 business days for a callback. I have been monitoring your shipment and I'm not showing the shipment has arrived to the next destination yet.

    I understand your concern because the last scan is on Friday, December 13th. I contacted our SmartPost department and an agent conveyed to me, the package is currently in route to CA. They are experiencing delays. However, the information should update later today.

    I will continue to monitor the progress of your shipment and inform you of any updates.
