USPS will be delivering mine. FedEx dropped it off at my local post office today at 3pm. So more then likely it'll be delivered by them tomorrow... so everyone be on the lookout for the mailman instead of fedex

At first my eta was 12/17, then after a couple days it changed to 12/18 and has been that way since. So today will be the day, fingers crossed.

Also, you can't use the tracking number for fedex on USPS. They don't share bar codes, the same when ups drop ships with USPS. Postal service numbers tend to start with a "9" or "4", ups with "1z", and fedex I don't know.

Basic shipping and the eta was always the 18th. Fedex handed off to USPS the 16th and they delivered yesterday to my work mailhouse. So It came one day early not accounting for the mailhouse sorting at work.

The phone's firmware build has a carrier customization file that has all those logos in it and the one selected is based on the MNC/MCC in the SIM.

You can't overwrite that file since it's a system file and has to be signed with a BlackBerry signing key (which you don't have) and you also can't build an autoloader without using it. You could use an older version but that doesn't help you in this instance.

Got it now. Since I've been using Android since 2008 I've become so used to rooting and removing all the carrier-specific "bloat" that I thought B10 would be similar but clearly it's not. I always missed Blackberry for some reason and nice to give it another try.

My eta was 12/18. Phone wasnt delivered today. Now ETA shows N/A and fedex told me they dont know what the eta is. Im looking at friday at the earliest if it needs to first get to usps before it gets delivered. Sigh

FWIW, my Black Z10 arrived today (12/18). Ordered on 12/2 (though receipt says 12/3), standard shipping, and ETA of 12/17. Well, actually, it was updated to say it would take an additional 1-2 days after it was handed off to USPS. So USPS certainly came through.

OK, off to load a "leak" and get going!
