Z10 ordered on December 1st arrived today on December 14th. Slower than 1st class mail from Hong Kong :-(

They also messed up my order as I added the black version to my cart and they shipped me a white one.

If you get a black one - it's mine! :-D
Other thoughts, the white Z10 looks MUCH bigger than the black version. I compared them side by side and the difference was very obvious. Of course, I'm only talking about perception here; physically, they are identical. Why does the white look so much bigger than the black then? It's a psychological effect. Black has a slimming effect (fashion tip here ;-) Factor in the black bezel and the phone seems to disappear. The white Z10 on the other hand CONTRASTS with the screen, making both seem bigger.
The white phone does have one advantage over the black - it looks soooo Sexy in Oreo mode.

By the way has anyone using this unlocked variant of the Z10 had success on T-Mobile and their wifi calling installing?

It'll work provided you let it update to T-Mobile's official software release. The hardware is the identical revision to what T-Mobile sells.

Smartpost is FedEx's "hybrid" delivery service where the postal service does the final delivery. If your tracking is showing it's been handed to USPS it's usually one or two days from that point to when you actually receive it. I don't believe SmartPost allows signature-verification required deliveries, so the postman will likely deliver it with your regular mail (providing it will fit in the mailbox!)

My ETA was 12/16 to Los Angeles, made it to the neighboring FedEx smart post with an ETA of 12/18

haha... speaking of microsoft I tried out their WP8. It's not bad but there are still quirks to this infant OS.
Gave the phone to my sis who was happy to have it.

Well, my Z10 did not get delivered today. I contacted FedEx, they said they will call me back within 24 hours (there hasn't been any updates for me from FedEx since it left the FedEx location). Now on the tracking number my estimated delivery date went from 12/17 to N/A. I should have just paid more for shipping... -_-
