Intouch app backs up your contatcs and it's free. Very efficient and never have to worry about it. The only this I need to update is my definitions, conversation logs and etc. Since the 10.2 to 10.3 upgrade, (on z10), every time I need to turn off my phone I loose everything I added since then. When the phone turns on is as if it just finished upgrading.

Well known issue on some BB10 devices, no fix was found unfortunately.

I don't even know how you can back-up. Didn't do it before upgrade to 10.3 and now I of course can't easily revert back to 10.2....
