Z10 Running 10.2.1.1925 Take that Mr App Gap!

I've been with AT&T for many years.
If you're waiting for the official to drop, I feel your frustration.

I can only suggest that the 10.2.1.1925 OS "Leak" has been proven to be exactly the same as the "Official!"
But, I respect your decision to wait.

Be sure you do a back up before you install the OS and also make sure you turn off the "AUTOMATIC UPDATE" function.
And, I "suggest" you install through the BB LINK!

From what I've read from other posters, some of those that went OTA aren't real happy at the moment.

... And, I'm only making suggestions about what works for me. and as such my Z10 with the 10.2.1.1925 LEAK preforms flawlessly with excelent battery life!

Well I was just about to boil over, when i got an email from AT&T yesterday stating that LTE service was now availble at my house. I live in a very rural area, in fact so rural that broadband internet has never been availible in any form except for satellite, Now im upgrading my plan and sending them even more money.... Little did they know they had perfect timing, I was about 10.2.1 seconds from taking my buisness elsewhere.... Well played AT&T.....

I stopped waiting for ATT years ago. If I had to stay on their current OS, I would have switched devices already! They really do suck.

Didn't BlackBerry say all carrier will have pushed 10.2.1 by the end of February?

It really sucks, you'd think ATT would be on top of things, they probably don't care about BlackBerry, but should care about their customer.

I'm on AT&T, but I gave up waiting on them a while back. I'm not sure what version is the current "official" version. I don't load leaks, but I do load versions once they have been released by other carriers, via Sachesi.

It's working and I'm a happy camper - in spite of no support from AT&T.

I've been with AT&T for years and while I'm not defending them.....

The AT&T you're mad at left the building before lunch and are already on the back 9!

Consider who we're really dealing with.
Some poor customer service reps. who are just a slight pay grade higher than telemarketers.

And, keep in mind how many varieties of mobile devices they have to learn about.
The number is staggering.
All I have to do is ask myself how many of those devices could I handle if I were in customer support?
Put yourself in their position with their salary having to deal with irate people all day.
One week of that and I'd probably kill myself and then kill everyone else.
