When you say off and turn your phone back on, I understand when you turn your phone back on and not when you unlock your phone?
If that is the case, I think it's designed that way. When the phone is powered off, it doesn't resume counting the time and resumes when the phone is powered back on. When it's timezone dependent, it scans for that specific time and boots up to the time that it reads from the timezone. Or atleast that is what I was told a while back.

I did unlock my phone and use it. But I sent know why the time still doesn't change to the real time. For example yesterday when I turn off my phone is 23/02/2014 11.30pm and today when I turn on my phone to use it is 24/02/2014 10.00am. Instead of showing 24/02/2014 10.00am, it showed me 23/02/2014 11.30pm. I want to set the time manually because I want to set the time 5 minutes faster so that I won't be late for stuff and be punctual. Any help?

Ste your clock to your time zone and then when you schedule your apps, set them 5 minutes early. Same difference and then your click will be right. Also make sure you activate your reminder and set it for how many minutes before the event you need it to remind you.

Just to confirm you have the toggle set to manual right? Also make sure auto update timezone is off.

Well in the screen shot above you still have it set to automatic. You have turned that off right?

Ya. Cause I just set it to automatic as the time shown is wrong for the manual set.
