    I have no idea why my bad luck following me ...

    Two days i spend to find out why my blackberry 10 black logo sticks on my screen .. Reason was 10.2.0.810 os which make my mobile dead...

    However, i decide to go back for 10.1 os , seems its ok but now can't restore my data...

    Bb link... Once start restoring phone restart auto .. And sometimes bblink showing 0% restoring and suddenly close the link...


    I really had a lot burden ..please help me how to reshorm my backup ...

    I don't think you can restore a backup from 10.2.

    well. i re-backup from my 10.1 to check this and wipe the data from my phone.... while again restoring same result ..

    what should i do now..
