Hey guys, so I've encountered a problem with my Z10 which causes it to restart whenever I get a notification while in an android side loaded app. I believe this happened when I charged my phone using a non-official charger. I want to backup my data and restore the phone but I have a lot of sideloaded games, etc. with application data that I do not want to lose. Is there a way to preserve this data when restoring? Also any ideas about the problem? I'm currently draining it all and doing a fresh charge from the stock charger to see if that will correct the issue. Thanks

AFAIK there's no way to preserve app data from side loaded android apps unless it's stored in the Android data folder in the misc folder of the shared device memory.

BlackBerry never intended sideloading to be a way to get apps so this shortcoming shouldn't be a surprise.
