I've noticed that if you can the amount of data in the app, it continues to think that you only have 1 gig.

    Hi NetworkGuy,

The bug-fixed is waiting for approval by BlackBerry so you must wait for around two to three days .

How's the battery life impacted after installing the DataCheck Pro app? If it's always on does it always drain the battery too?
    04-29-13 04:30 PM
  7. Jonathan Ng's Avatar
Nope, your battery life will not be affected at all. Do not need to worry about that.

Everything inside the app is static that is why nothing to load.

    Hi VR6,

You just need to activate the app after every reboot. You can turn off the active frame if you do not want to see it.

The latest update have background function.

hmmm I'm actually thinking of buying this app b/c the developer is so active in taking feedback. Johnathan, can you help with the following questions?
    1. does it have an alarm/notification when approaching your data limit even when it's closed?
    2. can it turn off data services after a certain limit (like after 95%)?
    3. does it have a basic breakdown of what's using the data (ie. browser, sms, apps, other)?

    Hello, I just bought it.
I noticed that I cannot set as date of monthly change the 18th of may. If I do so, it will start counting 48 days left instead of 18.

    Hi VR6,

    • 1 : does it have an alarm/notification when approaching your data limit even when it's closed? Yup. But remember to run the app after every reboot.
    • 2 : can it turn off data services after a certain limit (like after 95%)? Nope, going to implement.
    • 3 : does it have a basic breakdown of what's using the data (ie. browser, sms, apps, other)? Currently , I am waiting for the API from Blackberry to do it.

If you have question, just leave a post here.=)

    Thanks for your support.

This app looks fantastic. I'm about ready to buy it except I want to clarify something: does the app always after to be launched after a reboot to track data? I understand it doesn't have to run in background as active frame (nice job on btw).
    TIA.

    Hi,

I am the developer. Basically is like a software that do not have auto run capabilities due to lack of API. But after u activate it after every reboot, it will run on background.=)

So if the phone has a random reboot I have to start it again?
And does it continue then where it left off or does it start from scratch?
