Hi Jonathan, just a suggestion, is that the billing date should be a new day, example my bill starts 14 June. So the calculation should be from 14 May to 13 June.
Get what I mean?

Hi,
I think I can do something about it.=)

thank Jonathan,
your response is quick.
Some very minor feedback:
Could you use a degree symbol instead of an asterisk for the temperature field?
The heading should read "Estimated Time Left"
Could you add estimated time for 4G talk time, if this is substantially different from 3G?
Thanks again for a great app!

Hi,
How do you know I create the phone usage app??....haha... I will add it in.
For the data monitor app, It should show percentage.
What I know is that 3G and 4G talk time almost different, due to the power consumption.

did this guy rip off your app Jonathan?
BlackBerry World - Data Usage Counter for BlackBerry 10
Yup, I have make a complain to BlackBerry and version 2 is coming out.

Will current users be eligible for upgrades to v2?
Has anyone tried both Datacheck and Data Monitor and could you provide comments on both of these apps?
Why not???? I am thinking if I wan increase price for the version 2. For my current user, version 2 and future version will be free.
=)

Thanks Jonathan. I was just trying to decide if I should wait until version 2 is out, it if I shoukd purchase the current version. If upgrades are free, it seems like a no brainer.
Jonathan - Was Miciniti originally involved with the development of your app? When I look at the application permissions for Data Check Pro (1.0.1.5), Miciniti shows up as the developer.
Hi,
Yup, but they are not in the team already. Everything will be handle by the legal team now.

Jonathan, thanks for the app. I am finally laying my hands on the Z10 in 10 hours :D
My question: will version 2 be free for the current users? I mean: if I purchase the current version in BBWorld today, will I be entitled to the ver. 2 upgdare, or will I need to purchase it again?
Hi,
Any of my update will be free for all user cause we are all BlackBerry users and you are my customer. =)

Thank you Jonathan. Any news about the date setting problem?
Is it fixed in v2?

I was thinking as I'm doing all this data testing that if you combine a timer into your app when someone can start it, minimize it, do other stuff (ie. BBM, FB, Skype, surf, Whatsapp) then come back and turn off the timer and the app and auto calculates the data sent and received in that time frame.
I know this would be very useful for troubleshooting data issues, a big topic in these forums.

Hi Guys,
The update have already been pushed for approval by BlackBerry. Version 2 contain all the feature u all requested.

Awesome, can't wait!

That sounds great. Another idea for your next update
Showing a progress bar on number of days past and number of days to go until the end of the billing cycle. For example it's good to know that I've used 40% of my data quota but how far am I from having it reset again? So if I see a progress bar that shows 33% of the way there (10/30 days) I know I using more that my average data per day so far and I can slow down.

Hello Jonathan. I just updated your app.
Please give instructions because people will get confused.
The new version is not replacing the old one.
So after each restart the old app asks for an update. The same every time.
What I did to resolve the issue:
1. Restarted phone.
2. Without starting your app I performed a check on BlackBerry World and then updated.
3. Started the app from inside BlackBerry World.
4. Deleted the old instance of the app
Please confirm that I did it the right way.
And you for your efforts and constant support.
