    I really don't know why I'm posting because no one can tell me why the loudspeaker on this z10 is constantly failing only to magically start working at some random time. I love this phone and Blackberry but this may be the final straw...trying to keep it going in the USA is hard with problems like this.

    It has also happened to me. In my case it was failing hardware from a defect. Call your carrier and they will overnight you another Z10. They made it extremely easy on me and asked no questions. Just sent me a new one.
