    Just got this email from AT&T. Not sure if it matters but I'm thinking we should take the time to fill if out assuming other people got something similar.

    I already did the survey. It was very detailed about your Z10 experience like:

    Why did you buy the Z10?

    What phone did you have before the Z10?

    Why did you chose to purchase the Z10?

    How easy is it to use the device?

    Would you recommend the Z10?

    ....

    You get the jist of it now. Lol. Just like a regular surely, a little repetitive and it is lengthy but I would do it again if u could.

    Everybody should take the time to do this survey on AT&T and all of the carriers that provide a survey for the Zed.

    I just finished it. It was pretty thorough, about the device, specific features, the OS, and the features you use and how often you use them. Definitely not the typical fare when it comes to customer satisfaction surveys (usually those are pretty standard across the board. This was highly specific). Sometimes it felt like AT&T was getting ready to put ads out to promote the Z10 and wanted first-hand experience to back up their claims.

    Maybe they're trying to see whether it may be in their best interest to push the device further.. they must be seeing demand picking up if they're sending these out

    Just finished mine as well... I was thinking that it's probably the same kind of thing other carriers around the world had to show feedback to BlackBerry about user experience with the device. The majority of the questions were aimed at how I like the Z10 and how easy or difficult it is to use it. Only a few questions towards the end were about AT&T and their network.

    Got the same e-mail as well. Was just about to post it here but you beat me to it. Very detailed survey on how you use the Z10, why did you get the Z10, how you use the hub, how you use gestures, your overall experience with BB10, etc. Not your typical in store purchase survey (like when you get as a text message)

    I guess when BlackBerry says that more than half of Z10 users are coming from other platforms, it must be coming from surveys like this. There was more than one question about my device history and what else I was considering along with the Z10.

    Rogers never sent out a survey like that, well not that I saw anyway.

    Hopefully it is for advertising and retail support from AT&T.

    Completed mine about half an hour ago - it was insanely comprehensive. And was totally focused on the Z10 experience - hope the feedback gives AT&T reason to continue strong support for Blackberry

    I'm curious if VZW and T-Mobile have sent out similar surveys. I do hope it's in a better effort to market the Z10 more. I never recall getting any kind of survey from AT&T about any of my previous BlackBerry devices.
