I had got my first Z10 several months ago & it's great it was assembled in Canada . But when I goofed and my screen broke. I got my second Z10 but this one says it was made in Mexico. I'm pleased with the snappy speed of the refurbished replacement. I thought all the Verizon models were made north of the border. I'm happy with being wrong anyone else have a Cdma model made in Mexico? It Wil eventually change again when Foxconn starts making them.
Hi. I have been a Verizon customer for over 32 years. I have been purchasing Blackberry phones from them since 2007. Does it really matter where it's made? All my phones have worked just fine. I don't believe any of that garbage about where it was made. if you have a problem with it, you need to call them and make them fix the issue. bottom line.
It might not matter but as a long time BlackBerry user I have had my share of devices with bad build quality. The problems were of course always corrected, but I'm happy to say with my current Z10 on Verizon this is my first that has ever been made in Canada and it's been flawless in material and workmanship
I wasn't complaining about Verizon or the who made it I was merely wondering if anyone else had one from Mexico. I'm happy being a BlackBerry user.

Yes, I understood what your post meant.
I too thought all the CDMA phones were made in Canada, however perhaps now with some of the layoffs with BB up there and now that the Z10 is probably not being produced anymore they let the Mexico plant refurb the Z10s. My brother just had to swap his with Verizon Monday and the one he has says Made in Canada still.
I don't think I ever ran into another post about a Verizon Z10 from Mexico. You received it from Verizon and it works with 4G LTE? Does the model state "STL100-4"?
I'm with Verizon and I would say most of my devices have been made in Mexico. One of my Storms was made in Hungary. My Z10 is the first BlackBerry I've had that was made in Canada.
