    Crackle does not load past the title screen when on wifi but ok on data. Why?

    Crackle works like a charm on my Z10 but caused my Q10 to randomly reboot while watching a movie (3 minutes in).

    I have a somewhat similar problem: I can play movies on Crackle using wifi but they almost always hit a snag and buffer indefinitely. Sometimes I have to completely back out of the app, load it back up and resume for it to continue playing. Not to mention video quality varies wildly from completely horrible to awesome in the same viewing session. However, once I disable wifi and default to the network....clear as a bell and no hiccups at all, whether I'm on LTE or not.

    I would suspect wifi as the issue, but Netflix seems to work fine (had audio sync problems before, gone now)....

    Hmmmm

    I even cleared and reinstalled wifi to my device and it didn't work.

    Not expert enough to use advance settings when connecting with wifi. There may be something in there that is not right.
