    The phone has dropped repeatedly and survived in that fine case. It pops out of the holster too easily, tho. I never noticed and backed over it....

    Weird enough for me..the crack was at the centre of of the screen,more like to be struck by a hammer or you sit on it..well,my heart break just like the screen now after seeing the photo

    Sorry to hear this. I was a bit skeptical myself...I have a Defender case and it has dropped from over 25 feet without damaging my Z10. Then I was thinking...you said it fell out of the case. I figured you had taken the case apart for some reason and it fell and broke. That would have been equally heartbreaking but also kinda ironic.

    I dropped mine from ear height (I'm 6'8" *yikes*) and it survived!

    Luckily I had received my Seidio Surface case just yesterday in the mail.

    Case has some deep gouges on the screen side corners...but the Z10 made it thru alive!
