I am honestly stumped with this one, anyone had this problem?

I am at work, Microsoft Outlook 2010 is open and is synching great with my z10. The minute I shut down Microsoft Outlook on my laptop, the emails stop coming. The next morning, I reboot my computer, open up my Outlook and instantly all the emails sync and show up.
Please someone help with this as the only solution I have found is to leave my computer at work on all night and there are real security problems with that. There has to be an answer for this.

Hmmm interesting. Are you on an enterprise activation or ActiveSync?

I am on ActiveSync and its obviously somewhat working as I do get the emails when my work email is open. But the minute I shut down, nothing. Only way to get them is to open back up Outlook 2010....so weird. Our company tech guy doesnt believe so I have had to take a picture of the emails not showing up....then another once I reopen my work email.

Try opening your OWA next time and see if it still does it. If your phone is on activesync with exchange server properly your workstation should not be involved at all in this process.

That is so weird. Do you have like an iPad or other type of device that uses ActiveSync you can configure and see if it does the same thing?

I had that issue, the thing was that my outllok main folder was the backup folder, I had to call system department so the can correct the settings on my outlook, thay put the correct folder has principal, an the backup folder where you can storage more info as a secundary that solve the issue
