I don't see a difference when selecting either one of these options in the hub? Is it just me? What am I missing here...

I was just about to post this question. Also, I can't get my most recent messages at the top. They are being sorted by the date of the first text in the thread, not the most recent text sate. Maybe someone can help with both features.

The difference is that in single if you have 2,3,4,5 or more emails from one person then they will be scattered up and so your hub and when you have it on conversation the emails from the same person will be all together in one batch...so you click on the name in your hub and you will see all the emails from them

This states it only really effects emails, which is why I didn't notice. I don't do much correspondence through email.
