Hello

After i updated the OS of my Z10 ,now i have trouble with contacts ,the name doesnt appear when someone texts me even if the number is saved .i have an international Z10 ,i have to save each number twice ,once with country code and an other without it .. with the country code the name will appear in texts msgs ,and without it will appear when someone calls me ... do u have any solution for that its really bothering me

You shouldn't need to store the number twice. Just precede the country code with a "+" sign. The BlackBerry os will use the country code when dialing or texting as needed. Don't enter the 001 or 011 or 00 or whatever prefix is needed on landlines to place an international call.

Like this:
+44-1224-655-665

Not like this:
0044-1224-655-665

Also, in some countries people's business cards and published numbers sometimes include (0), such as:

+44(0)1224-655-665

I always just delete the (0) because it is only needed if dialing from a landline inside the same country.

Using the format I've suggested above should solve your problem. Let me know if it works or not!
