For better results, post your model, carrier and OS version. There's too many variables.

I have that issue as well on Z10STL100-3/10.2.0.1791. It's the horrible contacts app/issue many are plagued with.

I have had this issue several times. A simple restart took care of it for me.

I find that if I call one of the numbers in the list again, or call one of the people in the list from the contacts app, it normally brings the names back without restarts or anything.
Just try calling one of the numbers already in the list, I've tried again now and it worked.

Have that issue too.
Calling the nbrs again would show the name, but then suddenly another number on the list now loses the name. Weird. And annoying..
Restart doesn't solve this for more than a few hours, or even cleaning the call log.

Often happens with incoming and outgoing calls. I've noticed if the number doesn't exactly match what I have in contacts, i.e. Primary exchange, country code, etc. What I do is manually add that number from the hub where it shows, to the known contact (press on the particular hub notification and select the add to contacts icon). From then on the name shows up.
Now some of my contacts have three versions of the same number - xxx-yyyy; zzz-xxx-yyyy; 0nn-zzz-xxx-yyyy. I don't recall off hand if parentheses make a difference either. Note that I use my Z10 with different overseas sim cards, therefore different dialing and incoming exchanges are the norm. I do think BB needs to simplify or clean this up somehow but how exactly I don't know.
