I upgraded my z10 about a month ago to 10.1.0.1762 and it was working pretty good with all the new features. But recently..when i tapped on tje speed dial for calling my mom..it called a friend of mine..the picture was of my mother's..but not the number.And then I called some other contact..it called a teacher of mine;.the call logs show the name of the person I orignally called..but details show the number it called up actually..eg. Logs show the name of my mother..but details show the number of my friend......anyone else wid this problem.
Delete all your contacts on your phone, reset phone, and restore contacts again. Make sure you are not sync-ing your contacts to any cloud service while restoring your contacts, very important. Only after your contacts are restored completely on your phone that you can re sync to cloud services or you can choose not to do so.
