    Hi

    I had set up a live and exchange account on my z10. I had the contact synced then. After a while I removed the contacts on the email accounts but still had them on my phone.

    Now I want them to sync with my live and exchange account again. I tried resetting up the email accounts but it doesn't work.

    Can someone help me to sync contacts.

    By default when you save contacts to your phone, it syncs with whatever you set it up to sync with, but it also saves it as a local contact
    Hence, even when the cloud version of your contact is removed, the local one won't by default be deleted
    If you want to remove, remove from your device, and the cloud contact will be deleted

    If you're using Blackberry Link, the contacts sync function has gone bad and is not working. Hoping for an update that fixes this.

    Yes, I am using BlackBerry Link. Shall I switch it off and try again, setting up the email account again.
