    How do you edit or change the profiles. They automatically just show up and it's only two profiles

    Meaning when you hit the phone on the top you have the voice mail ocon and next to it 2 contacts. How do you edit them or move them?

    Not sure this is what you mean, I think you are seeing your designated favorites. To remove or add, click the three dots to bring the right hand menu and remive or add as favorite.
