After sorting by Last Name, my contacts are indeed sorted by last name however they read first names first. Unlike a phone book that is sorted alphabetically by last name with first names sorted after the comma. Any ideas?

In the contacts pull down from top of screen and sort by last name.

Thanks anyway. Another, and actually bigger, problem I'm having is when my contacts are being synched between the Z10 and Outlook. Any edits I make to contacts on the Z10 causes the "full name" to be switched from Last, First name to First Last name when it is synched back to Outlook. So messes up lookups in Outlook by last name. (This is a bit hard to explain clearly - hopefully someone is having same issue and can maybe explain it better or even has the solution to it if there is one).

ithink that everybody experience big bugs withe the contact app, the last 10.0.10.690 updates is better, but bberry is surely working on it
