I have been having a number of issues with contacts and transferring contracts.
This is what has worked:

a) Social Network Accounts set-up and transferred - OK
b) registered email accounts synching wirelessly - OK
c) I had a large number of contacts (1,500) not associated with any wireless sinc on my Bold 9900 which:

i. Don't sync with outlook

ii. I tried to transfer via bluetooth to the Z10 as a workaround but:

These contacts seem not to transfer, however when i do transfer them 1 by 1, the vcf file that is sent is clearly a duplicate (1) or higher... but it's not saving them to the Z10.

Now i'm looking for 1 of 2 or more suggestions which should help me find a workaround:
a) how do i get the Bold9900 contacts onto outlook.com or gmail, or whereever?
b) any idea why the contacts are not being saved to Z10 and how to change this ( If transferred 1 by 1, it gives me the option to save them apparently.


Also, besides twitter, any other way to contact Blackberry support?
