    How do you upload contacts from my curve 8520 (t-mobile with sim card) to a Z10 (verizion without sim card)? I also would like to know how to seperate contacts into the work and personal profiles?

    I was told that as long as I have a blackberry id that when I type id into Z10 that contacts will come up atomatically. Is this correct? I have taken some safety meaasures by using apps like dropbox for contacts and bb protect. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    The safest way is to use blackberry link. Its the desktop software. Choose the option upgrade my device.

    Download the new version of link that was released today, there is the option to import contacts from outlook..

    I used a memory card. Use the switch device wizard. Work like a charm
