Just observed an issue today where the user had a contact sitting in their main contact folder in Outlook that was not on their Blackberry. This particular contact was created on a 9900 originally and synced to the exchange server (2010) over the old BES server (5.0.4). This contact did not sync to his new Z10 nor his Q10. I had him open the contact in Outlook and re-save it with an additional note in there. The contact instantly showed up on his new Blackberry. There is his work around for any he notices.

That seems a bit buggy but we can't really tell how big of an issue it is at the moment.

Main question:
Is there a way to get a quick count on all the contacts on Z10 and/or Q10. This would help a lot in troubleshooting this problem. My searches showed there was a way on the old Bold 9900 but can't seem to do it on the new device. I don't want to manually count the hundreds of items he has. I know there are hundreds because Outlook says 410. But what about the handheld? What is the count there? or is there an easy way to tell some other way?

Fyi this is going to be available in one of the 10.2 updates.

Confirmed it's available on 10.2.424 and it is better than I thought. Gives you totals from various sources.
