Welcome to BB. I love your writing. Whatever you ultimately decide, I appreciate the time and effort you had put into this. Your summary sums my experience too. Hard to articulate it for
me and glad someone else was able to.

Best z10 purchase story ever!
yoooooooooo...what an awesome post!!! thoroughly enjoyed reading. and I hate that I'm familiar with how you described the Z10 being tucked away in the farthest corner of the store because it's the EXACT same situation in AT&T stores here in the states. funny thing is tho...1 of the reps asked if I worked for BlackBerry after successfully changing 2 customers' minds on release date from purchasing iphone 5's and going with the Z10
btw...WELCOME TO CRACKBERRY FELLOW ADDICT :)
Cool story bro!! Welcome to crackberry fam ryan

Hey Ryan...
Welcome to Z family!!!
Great story
I had a Cyan Lumia 900 on 7.8 and it was not bad....but since then I got a Q10 and right after that a Z10!
I think the admins should make a topic out of this experience, it could be really inspiring to some skeptics or undecided people.
Welcome to CB Ryan !
I'm the same in regards to over researching tech purchases, late nights and all.
Welcome to c rack berry, enjoy the Z10

The post looks interesting at a GLANCE, but no way in hell I'm going to attempt to read 150+ lines of text all run-together into a SINGLE f'ing paragraph!
Whatever your message was, good luck with the Blackberry experience. I'm glad you apparently said something positive about the Z10 based on the comments I've read.
Regarding next time, PLEASE utilize paragraphs in your next post, especially for a long rant like this (see how I separated my message into THREE SEPARATE paragraphs????).
What an ***. Oh well, you missed out on a great story. Welcome to CrackBerry Ryan.

Welcome to Blackberry and Crackberry. Enjoyed reading your post.
Thanks Ryan for honest feedback and now user of z10. I had the same feeling when I switched from legacy BB 9860 two months back. It was almost setback to me. No compatibility, in device switch, contacts weren't transferred, no compatibility with emails.for a moment, I was cursing myself why I was so desperate to go for z10 on launch day. But I continued with it and suffered pain for transferring 1400 contacts thru bluetooth manually. Why ? not bothering about providing sync with outlook in link? It will be great relief to many users who are still using Outlook as main email and contact source.

Welcome to the CB community, and congratulations on your choice of Z10!
PS: among all the 'welcomes' around I haven't notice a word of warning: it is not easy to get out of here. But don't worry: it is quite a nice addiction actually :D
A home button just feels so archaic after the Z10 ;)
Welcome to the forums! That was a nice read, I'm so glad you like the Z10. You won't be able to put it down hahah.

I renewed my contract this week, I've been using BlackBerry for 3 years already. I considered switching to a lumia but after reading this, I'm definitely going for the Z10!
I really enjoyed reading your post - well done. And Welcome!
This is the kind of story that makes my choice of BlackBerry even more perfect.
Thanks for the read, and welcome...
