    So this is the situation. I had to conference in someone to a call I was on. I tried to add them and unfortunately they didn't pick up and it went to voice mail. So I thought, ok, end call and try again.

    Except ... it ended both calls!

    The help doc said that there should be another icon to drop an individual user, but it doesn't show up at all.

    Start a conference call - How To - BlackBerry Z10 Smartphone - 10.0.0

    Once I add a call, I can't drop that added call at all! It stays on forever until I end the call and killing both calls by pressing 'End call'

    In the help doc, they say there is a button which I am not seeing no matter where I press.

    "To remove a person from the conference call and keep them in a separate call, tap <-||->" I am not seeing that button before or after I merge calls.

    Can someone test? Oh, I am on Verizon 10.0.9.xx ... I'm sure it works fine in 10.0.10.xx lol

    The icon they show appears on the contact image on the call (not on the bottom as you might think).

    Yes, but when I enter that menu - I don't see any option to drop the caller. It is probably because I am on 10.0.9.422 Verizon

    Did anyone figure this out? For the life of me I can't figure out how to end one of the two calls while on a conference. Whenever I try to drop one I always end up dropping both. On 10.2.1 with verizon.

    Same issue here. Cannot switch between calls. Cannot hang up a single call without kicking both calls off. I'm on Verizon. CB10

    It appears to be a Verizon specific problem due to some sort of configuration.

    Pretty annoying.
