Just got my replacement z10 and I want to make sure I treat the battery correctly this time.

Is it best to not touch the phone during the initial charge cycles. (Texting, email, etc) or does it not matter as long as it's plugged in ?

I load my battery the First time with phone Off for 10 h
After that i try to use it until it's down to 20%, reload and try not to Play games while loading.
Next day i try the same but then she has to work.....

Actually, I think you can just use the phone normally, and charge it at the end of the day or when it needs to.
    It'll condition itself through that
