Recieved my update and now my computer no longer recognizes my Z10, and if I open Blackberry Link it shows me NOT connected even though it is. Anyone else having this problem or found a solution?

Yup well tried to back up my BlackBerry with link but just wouldn't work. Link just kept on freezing on the backup option. So decided to roll the dice and just upgrade without a backup.

Having upgraded to the newest OS and loving it I haven't attempted backing up again. Hoping it might work now but doubtful. And yes I have the newest Link installed. Hoping BlackBerry fixes this link issue soon.

Have you tried a hard reboot by holding the volume up/down keys at same time
for 10 seconds or so?

Is that not the same as pulling out the battery? I have the battery bundle so I'm constantly swapping batteries.

I never had a problem before even though I am running XP still, the computer simply gave me 2 drives for the Z10 if I wanted to drop and drag then I had Link as well for back up, music sync if I wanted but now just nothing. Plug in the phone and nothing happens.

I'm sure battery pull is about the same. I have a case on my Z10, so a lot
easier to use the volume buttons.
