Does anyone else have problems with their camera making pics look cloudy?! I've tried cleaning the lens part and it still is very cloudy

I have noticed that if you have it in a case you can get cloudy or grainy pictures.

Mine is caseless at the moment since I just bought it. Waiting for a case to come in the mail. It was taking nice clear pics but then this afternoon the cloudiness began

Hi, when you mean cloudy, do you mean the picture is fuzzy? In firmwares before 10.2 you could take a picture before the focus lock. Wait till the square goes green before taking the picture.

    I have 10.2.0.429
Even when focused they are cloudy looking. Is there any way to make ir.focus elsewhere or just that green box. Kind of wish I could pick the focal point

You can make a manual focal point, do you have the middle square with a lock?

If you have the lock that means you manually set for focus some place specific, try to take the lock out, for that keep the square press until the lock disappears

Thanks for that tip. Didn't know you could do that. I bought my z10 used and she couldn't find the manual so not sure about a lot of these features
